Go Gingerman, galing mo talaga>
Wish me luck as I will try my 21k in SFO crossing the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge.July 26
I did last 16k in slimmerun 1:24min. and last 10k in UP GIG RUN 52mins from my watch. So with my heel spur I can just do a 21k max.
I dream soon of running with you a 50km, I still salute you bro. Godspeed.

Hey Uni, thanks so much man, I am still hoping to run with you one of these days. You're a pretty strong runner, you can conquer the ultra distances no doubt as long as you are willing to put in the training and have the mental resolve for it. Good luck on your SFO in July :) DO us proud do a sub 2 :)

Hi there my Anonymous friends, thank you for dropping by! Yes I am running the Globe race on Sunday, hyped up as the first ever race in the country to use a disposable timing chip set. I guess I'll see you then! Thank you for dropping by!

hi gingerbread. i'm the one who was referred to your site by your cousin. i had hoped i could join the new balance power run next sunday but unfortunately they said it's closed already. do i still have a chance to join that race?

anyway, i'd be joining the octoberun instead if i'm not able to wiggle my way into the power run...just so excited.

Official result of Ecodash 10km shows you were able to finish it by 52 minutes?

Gingerbreadman said...

Yeah, not accurate. If you look closely, they actually put in 51:24, which is off by just over a minute. It happens a lot when they do it the bar code way. When in doubt, trust your Garmin, regardless if the official time is faster or slower. It would make you sleep better at night from a "purist" perspective. If I went by official results I would be toting around a 1:45 21k by now haha. Ironically, that official time was still decent enough for a 26th place finish :)Thanks for stopping by!

Hi! I would like to invite you and your group to a charity run for Autism: RACE AND SHINE on November 21 (Sat) @ the fort.

Where can I email the full details?

Hi Rhea, you can email it to me through the Gingerbread Mailbox through the upper right field and I'll take care of it. :)
